Launched in 2020, the Rose Paperie LLC combines my love of art and paper with a deep affection for the environment. It’s loaded with inspiration and tips and tricks to keep you creating and in touch with all of the environmentally friendly tools, I could find.

Hi Welcome to the Rose Paperie

I grew up mainly in South Carolina but I have lived in some wonderful places; Louisiana, Maryland, Texas, and Washington, D.C, where I was born. I have always loved art and exploring different mediums and my favorite subjects are structures and florals.

I studied Anthropology and Education in college instead of art but it never stopped me from drawing in my spare time. My experiences in college made me fall in love with museums and today I work in a history museum which has probably influenced my love of vintage things.

I look forward to creating some awesome art for you in the future.

My Art Process

Original Art

All of the images sold on my products I hand draw either on paper or digitally. Illustrations are sketched, colored and shaded by me. Some illustrations take a few moments to create while more complex drawings may take several days or more to complete.

My Inspiration

My inspiration from my art comes from everywhere. I most often draw florals and landscapes but I have been inspired to draw almost anything. Most of my inspiration comes from travel experiences, and the changing of the seasons.
